Please note that all Gold, AAG, Silver and Bronze practices will be at Burke from 6:00pm until 7:30pm, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. This change is effective immediately and will last until our final practice of the Short Course season, which is March 18th.

No more Morton practices for Gold, AAG, Silver or Bronze groups.

All swim groups will have a short break from practice upon conclusion of the Division 1 Championships.
This break will begin on Monday, March 22nd and we will resume Practice on Wednesday, April 7th.

We now have a number of local pool and venue information sheets available.

While it may not look like there is much here yet, we have been hard at work building a rock solid infrastructure that will power a great deal of highly dynamic content very soon.

This totally redesigned portal was launched on 14 December. Each day over the next week or so, new features will be brought online. Many of the features require that you have a registered account. It only takes a few minutes to register, and it is free. We welcome all individuals that have an interest in the great sport of swimming to sign-up, regardless of whether you are a MOST member, or swim with a different team.


Metro Omaha Swim Team members should make sure that their account notes that they are a current team member. There are many components that will only be available as a team member.
